Completion of exterior plastering and profile painting, as well as the installation of external doors and wooden pergolas over the entrances.
Installation of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, electrical switches, split AC units, and sanitary ware in bathrooms and kitchens.
Ongoing earthwork and leveling for internal roads, with heavy machinery (excavators and trucks) working on preparing the final pathways.

Compared to the previous visit, the project has progressed from the external plastering and boundary wall structural phase to the integrated final finishing stage, including system installation and furnishing of model units, with a noticeable improvement in the general site cleanliness around the villas.
