Detected changes
Completion of all concrete works for the main buildings, with ongoing internal partition masonry and perimeter wall construction for the remaining units.
Significant progress in external plastering and base coat painting, along with the installation of overhead water tanks for all structurally completed villas.
Execution of waterproofing and thermal insulation for roofs using bitumen membranes, followed by rigorous testing.
Installation of cable conduits and internal distribution boxes, along with the extension of overhead supply networks connected to the tanks.
Progress reading
Visual evidence aligns with the reported completion rates; the structural completion (100%) is clearly visible in aerial shots, while field footage reflects the progress of finishing works (83%) and insulation. The increase in the boundary walls segment (+4%) is evident in the completion of partition walls between the villas.
vs previous visit
Compared to the February visit, the project has progressed from the open-structure phase to the intensive finishing stage; most rooftop water tanks have been installed, and paving and leveling works for internal roads have commenced, which were not evident during the previous visit.
Expected next milestones
Completion of final exterior facade painting, installation of lighting units, and commencement of final asphalt works for the general site.
